Prepare yourself with 3F Sports for the Mallorca 312 Challenge! 312K in one day! Are you ready for the Challenge? 3F Sports is the best equipped company to assist you in achieving you best possible result.

Come stay with 3F Sports while you prepare for the competition. We have years of experience in providing top-shelf professional services to athletes around the world. You will be provided with all the services to best prepare yourself pre, during and post event. Our 3F Sports Pro Support Services will be on the road with you! During the pre-event preparation, we will provide you with a selection of 3F Sports Pro Supported rides to meet you needs, along with highly nutritious meals, massage and mechanical services. During the event, we will provide you with personalized services including a team of staff to make sure you have fresh bottles, food, spares and drop/pick-up points for extra clothing or rain jackets, if the weather is challenging.

The ride commences in Playa de Muro and heads 125k across the complete length of the Tramantana Mountains before heading out on the plains to the south and east. The final stretch of the ride is along the Pla Llevant, where the rolling hills are nearly constant for the final run into the finish.
Not up for the 312k – Choose the 167k – A challenging loop of the Tramantana Mountains.

**Rent a carbon framed racing bike for only 130.00 Euros per week. Bikes will be delivered and picked-up at the first hotel.
***Non-cycling guests are welcome. 3F Sports staff can suggest activities for non-riding partners such as winery tours, hiking routes, golf, shopping, sailing, climbing, etc. Please mail us for special pricing.

Rides:
Sunday – Airport pick-ups, short spin to relax the legs from travel, afternoon massage, dinner.
Monday – Mixed ride with some climbing!
Tuesday – Climbs on the coastal road with spectacular views!
Wednesday – Easy Spin – massage/stretching/relaxing
Thursday – Esporles to Alcudia *Change to ocean front hotel.
Friday – Easy Spin – massage/stretching – early dinner and debrief for the event.
Saturday – Mallorca 312 or 167
Sunday – Morning departure for the airport

About the accommodations:
We have chosen (2) different accommodations for this week.  We will stay the first (4) nights in the agrotourism that USA Cycling uses for the base when training in Mallorca. The following (3) nights, we will be based out of a luxery hotel in Alcudia, less than 7k from the start of the event.
